Medway Mortgage Shop is first and foremost a people business. We recognise that many people want the professional and personal support of staff who can help them understand the often confusing pathway to buying, selling or renting/letting a home, and the vast array of choices that are on offer. We believe that what will set us apart now, and in the future is the quality of service that you will receive from our people. If at any time you feel that we have let you down with those standards then we would welcome your comments to ensure your complete satisfaction.
We are a family-run business now in our 11th year of trading. We use many different life assurance companies for protection and welcome a call if you are just looking to save money on your existing plans. We can also offer buildings and contents cover and in accordance with the Council of Mortgage Lenders advice, we strongly recommend that the mortgage payments are covered with an income protection plan.
