In 1999, after fourteen years at John Charcol, James Perkins left to establish Kingsway Mortgages. He had a very different vision for his own brokerage. He wanted to build a company that focused on the individual rather than the high volume market, providing high quality, independent advice to each and every one of its clients.
As a result of such clearly defined values and its transparent fee structure, Kingsway quickly won the support of many loyal clients, who subsequently recommended them to their friends and families.
Despite some very challenging economic conditions, Kingsway has since gone from strength to strength. It now boasts a team of highly experienced brokers and is firmly established as one of the capital's leading independent mortgage brokers. In the process it has built an enviable track record of satisfied clients and an impressive network of industry contacts.
