About the Business
Our business started in 1987 situated in Bodmin where it still remains. We provide our services locally as well as further afield ranging everywhere from the Southwest to Scotland. Matt Smith, the head of the company, has been a broker for 22 years; starting his career working as an estate agent and starting Cornwall Mortgage centre in 1987. He is a practising property developer and landlord as well as a father of four. He strives to make sure you get what you need.
