We like to meet with you face to face but we are equally happy to transact business over the telephone; whatever works best for you. Once we have established your requirements, we will carry out all the research on your behalf. Being independent, we will search the whole of the market. We have access to exclusive mortgage deals that you would not find directly on the high street. We will analyse your options and then we will present our recommendation to you in plain English.
We do all the paperwork for you and we are more than happy to talk directly to your estate agent and solicitor to keep them informed at all times. The process is simple and we do it all for you. So, whether you are buying your first home, remortgaging or moving on, we look forward to helping you very soon. We do not charge a broker fee for Mortgage Arrangements because we receive commission from the lender.
